ArtRage has just published on their website a Featured Artist interview of myself. The interview is both in English and Spanish. I am thankful to them for the interview and the opportunity to show some of my work there.

 ArtRage Interview by ignacio197

It has only been very recently that I have started using ArtRage, and it has fitted perfectly into my workflow.  So I have been using it more and more lately.

I have created a set of 20 custom Nature shapes for Photoshop. I have been using these in some of the recent landscapes I have been creating. I will soon be uploading some of them. So I have used these shapes, they are not randomly created.

20 Photoshop Nature Shapes and Brushes set by ignacio197

The shapes include:

   5 Plants
   5 Mountains
   5 Rivers
   5 Trees

I have created them from photos I have made. I have also created the corresponding brushes from these shapes if you prefer to use those rather than the shapes. I have created them in Photoshop CS6 and I have tried them in CS5 and they work.

I have place them in Gumroad for a couple of euros. Just to keep me going :)

Here is the link:

There is an interesting Kickstarter project that I think is worth backing. As you may know, cghub.com was terminated without warning.  The site provided an unmatched service for the CG industry and the artistic community and in my opinion is was the best site out there to follow the work of many great artists. The owners controlled 100% of the site, and when they said it was over the development team had no say in the matter, and it was shut down. However, team Shakuro, the original developer team of cghub, has joined forces with top artists in the industry to bring back a new website that will inherit the best parts of the old one, improve them and expand the functionality even further.

Go and visit and read more about the project at the page Kickstarter, we have until Monday, Jun 9 2014 to see the project come to a good end.
